Welcome to adukation. By accessing our mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the AI features of adukation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the application.

2. Nature of Service (AI Disclaimer)

  • Educational Tool: adukation is an AI-driven educational assistant powered by Google Gemini.
  • Accuracy: While we strive for precision, AI-generated answers may occasionally contain errors or "hallucinations".
  • Liability: We are not responsible for any academic failure, incorrect exam answers, or misinformation resulting from the use of our AI. Users are encouraged to verify AI-provided information with official textbooks.

3. Subscription & Payments (Premium Plan)

  • Pricing: Our Premium plan is priced at ₹199 per month.
  • Usage Limits: The Premium plan provides 1,000 queries or 30 days of access, whichever is reached first.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. To continue service after 30 days or 1,000 queries, you must upgrade again.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are handled by Paytm. We do not store your financial credentials.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the app to cheat on proctored or live exams.
  • Attempt to "jailbreak" or prompt-inject the AI to generate harmful or restricted content.
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the usage limits of the application.
  • Use the app for any illegal activities or to generate non-educational content.

5. Intellectual Property

  • App Content: All logos, designs (including our Glassmorphic UI), and code are the property of adukation.
  • User Content: You retain ownership of the questions you ask, but you grant adukation a license to process this data through our AI partners to provide you with answers.

6. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we detect fraudulent payment activity, abuse of the Google Gemini API limits, or violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, adukation and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
