Refund & Cancellation Policy

At adukation, we value your trust. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds regarding our Premium subscription plans.

1. Subscription Cancellation

  • User-Initiated Cancellation: You may stop using our Premium services at any time. However, since the Premium plan is a non-recurring, one-time purchase of 1,000 queries or 30 days, there is no "active" subscription to cancel once the payment is successful.
  • No Partial Refunds: If you choose to stop using the app before reaching your 1,000-query limit or before the 30-day period expires, we do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of the service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because adukation provides digital, non-tangible, and irrevocable goods (AI-generated academic content), we generally do not issue refunds once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.

However, a refund may be processed under the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
  • Technical Failure: If your payment was successful but the "Premium" features (1,000 queries) were not credited to your account within 24 hours due to a system error, and our support team is unable to manually resolve the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Request Timeline: Any refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • How to Request: Please email us at support@adukation.com with your Transaction ID, Registered Email, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation from Paytm.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method (Paytm/UPI/Card) and typically reflect in your account within 5-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact our support team directly to resolve any billing issues. Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent dispute claims may lead to the permanent termination of your adukation account.
